Everything about the staff and cleanliness of our room was superb. The reception is open 24/7 and there was no problem in checking-out at 4 in the morning. The staff is also quick and very helpful and speaks great English. Every day, our room got cleaned, our bedsheets tucked in, new towels put into our bathroom and water in the refrigerator refilled. We were even offered coffee once straight to our room. In the instance of us needing something from the reception, we didn’t even have to take the elevator or walk down the stairs because there was a phone line connected to our room (and it was free to use). The size of the room was big enough and we had enough place to store our stuff. The rooms were also quiet and we could hear no traffic from the outside (we stayed at the 2nd floor). Even though some reviews say that the breakfast was poorly executed, in my opinion, it was great, the variety of sweet products was good enough and it was indeed very tasty.

The breakfast was fairly good, and the same option as the majority of the hotels in Italy (more sweet options). The coffee was great as well. The free parking made lots of difference in our case. Also, there is a supermarket next door and you can also order food and have it delivered directly to the Hotel. The hotel offers dinner but we did not try the food.

Location: 10 min of walking to Alessandrino metro station, convenient for public transportation. I think the hotel is located in a very local residential areas, so it will be very quite in the night. Breakfast: probably the second best breakfast I have eat in the hotels I stayed at Italy alought I didn't have time to eat breakfast in second day Staff: 24 hours of hotel service which is great, very friendly
